Episode 5 Surrendering is allowing growth

Surrendering to what seems ‘circumstantial’ isn’t the same as giving up. If you allow yourself to let go of the mental occupation, it is just a pathway to grow yourself.
In this episode, Nienke shares how her trip to the other side of the world, against all odds, to be nurtured by a dear friend shifted her perspective. It is never the circumstance itself that seems like a blockage.  It is your attitude about it that can make the difference.

Episode 4 Shelf-knowledge or Self-knowledge

If you think just reading more and more materials or listening to more podcasts will bring you where you want to go, you might like learning. The tangible personal transformation is about doing and applying what you learned.
And if nothing is shifting and you self-sabotage, look for the reason.
That’s starting to look for Self-knowledge. Leave thinking a book only will make your inner shift, on the shelf.

Episode 3 Are you a canary in a coal mine?

If you are sensitive to picking up what is happening around you, taking on the unpaid job of becoming the canary in the coal mine in human areas can become habitual. But what if the air is toxic? If you tumble over, you don’t get applause as the canary. In this podcast, Nienke shares how she added her Phoenix Frequency to shift from toxic to fresh breathing air and quit the job of being a sensor for other people’s responsibilities.

Episode 2 Sophie Tebbitt: The fire was a blessing in disguise

Sophie grew up believing that she was a bad girl and no one could possibly love her!  She was very good at proving herself right and left a trail of moderate destruction behind her!  Very luckily, she met and married Steve, who caused her to start questioning this belief and ignited a curiosity in her about what was out there.  What was life really about?  Why were we here?  What was the way out of suffering apart from the obvious escapist strategies which she employed in the past?  Her quest led her down many interesting paths.  Her life was studded with grief and loss, but her understanding that she could somehow learn from these experiences led her to accept whatever experiences arose fully.  In this, we can create miracles.  In accepting the fire in her house as a blessing (in deep, deep disguise), that is what it became.

Episode 1 2024 It begins with: Beginning

A new beginning starts with the reality of transformation. It is an active process, not just a thought or desire for change in your world.
Change can be redone, flipped back to the old perspective. Transformation is irreversible. While you transformed, it is a point of no return, like a phoenix.
The only thing to do is to surround yourself with the fitting frequencies by choice. No one can do this for you. The beginning of all transformation starts within yourself.  From there, you can step into your new bold reality you want to create and facilitate for the world. Starting with yourself, every day again.

Are you adding life to your days or days to your life?

How we perceive our quality of life can be very different. It goes beyond the popular term mindset.
No matter how small it seems to others, we can all add life to our days rather than adding days to our lives. Nienke’s gran Emma became nearly 99 years old. Till the day she died, at least she tried to add value for herself and others by adding lifequalities to her days. She had a healthy and empathic style of interest. Although her self-esteem wasn’t high based on her own opinion, she shared: with a child’s hand to guide where they don’t dare, I can move mountains and rise above myself: being at service. Sincere listening to each other fueled her well-being.
How do you live your days?
If there comes a phoenix moment in your lifetime, it can be a start to redefining the qualities of your new lifedesign. The other option is adding day by day till your last day. What is your legacy, then?
In the rat race of working life, we often forget we truly have a choice in how we design our days. If you come from a place where you don’t listen to what you need to keep up your energy to sustain, you are just a concatenation of your days.
If you take a pause and listen, what do you, really, want and what do you let be in the way to reach that? These are just some questions to contemplate.

Special thanks for the inspiration to Dr. Sander de Hosson, who is a real advocate for the quality of life of his patients even if there is no longer a cure possible. Care is what we all can add till the last breath.
