HeartMath is an international organisation founded by Doc Childre. There are two entrances to HeartMath: the non-profit and science and the profit branches.

Nienke is trained and certified for the Coherence Advantage program in the USA with the VA, licenced with HeartMath Benelux, and involved in several HeartMath Programs like WeAddHeart and trauma training for refugees.

Heart Mastery
HeartMastery is a personal development program of HeartMath that was developed around the early 2000s. Nienke is trained and skilled to facilitate the HeartMastery 9-month program under the supervision of Sheva Carr. The HeartMastery course is a weekly calls program over the 9-month program to get group coaching and addition to the latest standards of HeartMath Coherence Advanced level.

HeartAmbassadors
HeartAmbassaors are people from all walks of life, initiated by Sheva Carr.
HeartAmbbasadors chose to live a heart-based lifestyle. You can apply to become a heart ambassador and join the Daily Heart Start calls and Mentoring calls they host. Nienke is one of the co-facilitators in this group.
Nienke is starting a European branch of Heart Ambassadors in April 2024. To bridge different timezones and cultures, the European call will be in the early evening to integrate from the heart of your day rather than starting like the group in the USA at PST 8.30 AM.
Starting in Europe includes starting the 9-month HeartMastery program as well.
HeartAmbassadors use the HeartMath and HeartMastery techniques combined with various other sources like Polarity Therapy and astrology and Lazaris’s personal development techniques. HeartAmbassadors and the Fyera Foundation have a consultative status in the UN.
